MRJ-Laser, the leading brand in the field of laser technology, hosted two Indonesian customers. The purpose of their visit was to participate in a training session related to laser marking, laser welding, laser cleaning technology and products, aiming to have more cooperation in the future.
During the week-long visit, the two Indonesian customers participated in a training session on the Aurora range of equipment organized by the technical department, visited the production department and learned about the equipment production process. So far, our cooperation products with Indonesian customers are mainly laser marking series products, including fiber, CO2 and UV laser marking machines. During this visit, the customer's main concern is the product and after-sales knowledge related to laser marking machines. In the future, the cooperation between Indonesian customers and us may cover laser cleaning machine and laser welding machine, so our company also carefully arranged the hands-on session of these two kinds of equipment for the customer. During the operation, the customer praised our various series of equipments and expressed that he was very satisfied with this visit.
During the conversation with the customer, the customer expressed more interest in Chinese culture. Therefore, in the following time, our company carefully arranged a tour program in Chengdu city for the customer, including visiting the Broad and Narrow Alley, Koi Carp, Panda Base, etc., to help the customers understand as much as possible about the culture of the Chinese people and Chengdu cuisine, and we hope that the customer will not make a false trip.
