Precautions before operation

1. 5. Check whether there is water seepage in the cavity and whether there is a water circuit inside the cavity; no screws should be loosened without professional training to prevent water droplets from entering the interior of the cavity.

6. Check whether the protective lens drawer is normal and ensure that the sealing ring is normal and effective; ensure that when replacing the protective lens, wipe the external stain of the laser head with alcohol at least 5 times; ensure that the environment is dust-free and wind-free when replacing the lens before replacing the lens.

7. The inside of the welding head is extremely complex, to avoid short circuit, please stay away from water and make sure that no liquid can be sprayed on the welding head.

8. Avoid using strong wind to clean the welding head, only use alcohol and dust-free cloth to wipe it.

9. The welding head has a digital motor installed inside, so be sure to hold it gently when using it to prevent motor failure.

10. When the welding head is not in use, please use the system gas blowing several times, so that the dust is discharged, and remove the copper nozzle, use sealing tape to seal, and then install the copper nozzle when used again after blowing more than 2 times before use.

11. Power interruption will cause damage to the welding control system, please provide continuous and reliable power!
