1. Warranty period: The warranty period for handheld welding machine is 12 months, starting from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, hardware such as laser, system motherboard, motor, set of wires, main display, etc. can be sent back to our company in case of failure. We provide free repair.

2. Exemptions from warranty:

• All lens-type components are not covered by the warranty, such as collimating lens, focusing lens, reflector lens, protective lens, etc.
• Welding head is also not covered by the warranty, such as the whole shell, copper nozzle, stainless steel tube sleeve, wire feeding bracket, etc.
• Laser fiber optic cable is not covered by the warranty.
• Damage and malfunction caused by improper use and maintenance of the operator, disassembly of the machine or other human causes are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover the damage or malfunction caused by the operator's improper use and maintenance of the machine or by others.

3. If an accessory is not covered by the warranty, or the warranty is overdue or, we will only charge the cost of fiber laser welding machine replacement or repair, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
