The relevant person in charge of the East Lake High-tech Zone said at a press conference on May 9 that one of the biggest features of this year's Optical Expo is the deep integration of "light + AI". Based on the solid base of the global optoelectronics industry highlands in Optics Valley, it will comprehensively create a top platform for collaborative innovation of optoelectronic technology and artificial intelligence. It is not only the "launch place" of technology, but also the "vane" of the industry.
On the opening day, the conference will release a batch of first-ever exhibition results and set up a "Light + AI" special exhibition area to release and display the world's first and nationally leading hard-core innovations integrating optoelectronic information and AI, including the world's first 6.4T silicon photonic single-mode NPO module for AI computing power clusters, colloidal quantum dot short-wave infrared imaging modules that break foreign monopoly, the world's largest capacity storage and computing integrated chip, the world's lowest attenuation hollow core optical fiber, the world's first 170GHz lithium niobate thin film light modulator, etc.
This Optics Expo will hold multiple high-profile special conferences such as the "Light + AI" Application Conference, the OE + AI Optoelectronic Fusion Innovation Conference, and the Intelligent Photonics Technology Seminar at the same time.
