On September 17, 2023, MRJ-Laser team went to Malaysia to install automated laser cleaning equipment for metal molds.

The core working principle of this set of automated laser cleaning equipment is to control the electrical system through the central control system, so as to drive the motor system to drive the manipulator and the double-layer conveyor tooling to run, so as to make the laser cleaning head and the cooling system run along the trajectory of the AGT metal mold and carry out the cleaning and cooling of it. This equipment combines laser cleaning technology with robot, conveyor and other automated equipment to form a set of laser cleaning system capable of automated control, and completes the cleaning operation of metal molds by carrying cooling system, gas protection system, environmental protection system and so on.

During this trip to Malaysia, the MRJ-Laser team will help the customer to complete the installation and debugging of the automated laser cleaning equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and at the same time, provide professional training to the customer's operators until they can operate the equipment proficiently.
