After maintenance or replacement of the laser marking device, due to changes in the position, the distance between the lens and the workpiece changes, thereby appearing that the focus is not precise. On that condition, because the focus of the laser is not aligned on the surface of the workpiece, it will result in out of focus, thus making the marking effect unclear.

Automatic focus laser marking machines achieve automatic focus labeling through a visual location system, not required to physically move workpiece or laser marking machine. The focal length can be adjusted automatically, and the automatic tracking marking can be realized even if the thickness is fine.
