How to choose field lens of laser marking machine?

◆ A lot of optical fiber marking machine have some characters in common, like the total height of the lifting column, which is often at 550 mm. However, in fact, the height of the field lens plus the height of the table can not reach to 550 mm.

◆ Firstly, the field lens is lower than the total height of the column. Secondly, some customers also put a two-dimensional platform on the table, which also has a certain height. As a matter of fact, the distance between the field mirror and the object is only about 430 mm.

◆ Some customers, however, want to choose 300mm*300mm field lens, of which the focal length generally 430mm. Please note that this (430mm) is the focal length, the actual working distance is greater than the focal length, and the actual working distance is about 480mm. In the end, the machine with such a cabinet can not use 300mm*300mm square field lens.

◆ Therefore please pay attention to this, if you really need to mark 300mm*300mm format products, you must buy a machine with the column height of 650mm or 750mm or even higher. Do not choose a short column, or many products of this machine will not be marked finely.
