This equipment consists of three parts: host, fiber cable and clean head. The host is the main part of the device. It is a laser source that emits laser light. It contains a fiber laser source and a power source. The fiber cable is mainly used to transmit laser. The clean head is a user-operated terminal and a laser exit. It can be cleaned by hand or fixed at a fixed point.

Daily Usage Notice

To ensure the normal operation of the equipment and prolong its service life, please do daily cleaning and maintenance.

1. About Laser Source

1) Keep the working environment clean and free of flammable and volatile substances;

2) Remove dust regularly and clean the device with absolute alcohol (99%).

2. About Power Supply

1) Ensure that the supply voltage and power meet the requirements;

2) eep the system well grounded;

3) Connect each line correctly and firmly;

4) Make sure there are no short circuits in the system.

3. About Air Cooling

1) Please avoid sundries within 15cm of the air inlet and outlet of the device;

2) When the air cooling system is operating, remember do not put your hands close to the air inlet and outlet;

3) Regularly wipe and clean the air inlet and outlet to keep it clean and dry.

4. About Lens

1) When dust is attached to the lens, please use air blow to clean it;

2) When stains appear on the surface of the lens, please wipe with absolute alcohol (99%);

3) Avoid directly contact between the output lens and other objects.

5. About Equipment Storage

When long time no use of this machine, please clean it and store it in a cool place, and protect it from pressure and dust.
