Equipment Introduction

◆ Laser cleaning is the technique of focusing laser beam to obtain high energy laser beam and irradiating the surface of the material to be cleaned by optical system. Using the heat energy of laser interaction with the material to be cleaned to remove surface pollutants or coatings. The laser irradiates the pulse laser of the peak power on the surface of the object to be cleaned, the particles to be cleaned or the matrix absorbs light energy into heat energy, and the temperature of the material rises sharply, resulting in a series of physical or chemical reactions such as melting, gasification, thermal expansion and so on. Finally, the substrate surface pollutants, oxides or coatings are separated from the matrix. Because of the optimized laser parameter setting, laser cleaning will not damage the substrate.

A Brief Introdcution of The Laser Cleaning Head

The laser cleaning head of the hand-held laser cleaning system is mainly composed of two parts: the galvanometer and the isolator assembly. The galvanometer assembly also contains the device housing, the device base, the field lens protection cover, the field mirror, the galvanometer, the galvanometer fixator. The scanning mirror is fixed on the special mirror fixator through the groove, and connected to the device base by screws. The isolator assembly also includes an isolator protection cover, a handheld handle, an isolator fixer, and the isolator is arranged in the isolator protection cover, which is fixed through the isolator fixer, and the isolator protection cover is connected with the device base through thread. The handle is bolted to the device base. For weight reduction, the laser cleaning head mainly uses acrylic plate and aluminum plate, the final weight is light, from 1.5kg to 2.5 (according to different machines), easy to use. The design adopts detachable structure, simple structure and good versatility.
