Daily Maintenance Instructions
-Laser maintenance
◆ Keep the working environment clean and free of flammable and volatile substances.
◆ Clean dust and device regularly with anhydrous alcohol (99%) or acetone
-Power maintenance
◆ Ensure supply voltage and supply power meet requirements
◆ Keep the system well grounded
◆ Connect the lines properly and securely
◆ Ensure no short circuit in the system
-Maintenance of water cooling system
◆ It is very important to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system for the whole laser system.
In daily operation, impurities and microorganisms will enter the cooling water and block the cooling waterway, affecting the efficiency of water cooling.
◆ Please recycle the water channel regularly to filter the ions in it. If the system is not used for a long time (more than 3 months), please empty the cooling water in the system to prevent decaying.
◆ Only pure or distilled water can be added to the cooling system.
-Output lens maintenance
◆ When dust is attached to the output lens, use air blowing to clean it.
◆ When a stain appears on the surface of the output lens, wipe it with anhydrous alcohol (99%)
◆ Avoid direct contact of output lens with other objects.
