To ensure the normal operation of the device and prolong its service life, please do a good job on daily cleaning and maintenance:

When the device is not working for a long time, please cut off the power supply, clean it, and store it in a cool place. The storage location must be well ventilated, no strong magnetic field interference, no corrosive particles, no conductive dust, etc. Do not place it near heat sources such as radiators, heat ventilation ducts. Do not expose it in places with direct sunlight and mechanical vibrations.

The machine should be placed steadily in a clean, low dust, low pressure room with temperature of 5℃~40℃ and a relative humidity of ≤80%. The device should be in proper storage.

1. Maintenance of the laser source

(1)Keep the working environment clean and free of flammable and volatile substances;

(2)Regularly remove dust and clean the device with absolute alcohol.

2. Maintenance of power supply

(1)Ensure that the voltage and power are qualified;

(2)Keep the device well grounded;

3. Maintenance of water-cooling system

If the machine is equipped with a water-cooling system, please add pure water in the water tank for the first time usage and replace is every 3-6 months.

4. Maintenance and replacement of protective lens

(1)Avoid direct contact between the lens and other objects.

(2)When dust adheres to the lens, please use an air blower to clean it;

(3)When stains appear on the surface of the lens, please use a cotton swab dipped in absolute alcohol or a special lens cleaning reagent to wipe it;

(4)If the lens is cracked or damaged, please replace it immediately. Please clean your hands before replacing and try to clean it in a dust-free condition.
