It is reported that the project is invested and constructed by Tuoer Laser Technology (Hubei) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tuoer Laser"). With a total investment of 400 million yuan, the project will build a new laser equipment production line, warehouse, administrative office building and office and living supporting facilities. The products include laser depaneling machines, laser cutting machines, laser printers, laser welding machines, laser marking machines and other equipment. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will be able to achieve more than 1,000 sets of production equipment per year, with annual operating income of approximately 250 million yuan.
"From the establishment of the factory to the start of production in January this year, we have sold dozens of units of equipment in the process." Li Chenglong, general manager of Tuoer Laser, pointed to the production line not far away. After the beginning of this year, the order momentum is still strong, and there are currently more than 20 units on hand.
On the production line, technicians skillfully opened a "happyness" pattern on the computer, which means auspiciousness, with complex lines and detailed structure. As the parameters are set, the laser is activated instantly to accurately engrave on the metal plate. The cut was completed in just a minute or so, with smooth cuts and beautiful patterns.
"This is just one application scenario of our products. For precision manufacturing, every beam of light must be precise and every cut must withstand inspection." Li Chenglong's words were filled with pride. At present, the company's annual R&D investment accounts for more than 10%, and it has 25 authorized patents, including 4 invention patents. According to reports, the laser depaneling machine developed and manufactured by the company uses a CCD visual automatic positioning system, and its cutting speed is about 4 times that of similar foreign equipment. Its extremely high cutting accuracy and stability have made it an equipment supplier for the Apple mobile phone depaneling process. "This equipment is mainly used for the depaneling process of precision electronic components. The cutting size accuracy required by the customer is 0.05 mm, but the actual cutting accuracy we can achieve can reach 0.02 mm, and the cut surface is basically free of carbonization." Li Chenglong said that it is precisely because of this "Tor precision" that the equipment was favored by Apple and became an equipment supplier for its designated process links.
