On the afternoon of February 4th, 2021, MRJ-laser Annual Conference came again as scheduled. Everyone gathered together to summarize work, exchange experience, look into the future, and jointly start the new journey of the Year of the Ox.
The annual meeting kicked off with a special film for the fourth anniversary of MRJ-Laser, which recorded scenes of our hard work in 2020. Everyone recalled the past and felt a lot of emotions. Although there were difficulties in 2020, MRJ people always stayed true to their original intention, worked hard and finally achieved a harvest. The whole video was impassioned, making the participants excited. Facing new opportunities in the future, MRJ people show great confidence and courage to deeply develop laser application technology and strive to explore the global market.
During the meeting, representatives from Foreign Trade Dep., Sales Dep., Technology Dep., Machinery Research and Development Dep., QC Dep., Planning and Publicity Dep., Personnel Dep. gave keynote addresses, successively shared over trials and hardships in the past year; they declared they will work with full enthusiasm and positive attitude to meet new challenges of 2021.
Feng Fengming, general manager of the company, made an important speech. She reviewed the extremely difficulties in 2020. In the four aspects of business results, the system of strategies, company brand, regulation, she summarized and affirmed 12 performances in the past year. In the ordinary and special year, each MRJ people did not only withstood the test, but also successfully created the upturn during the cold winter, and finally made a perfect answer for 2020.
Declaring Sales Pledge was the most exciting part of the annual meeting. Warriors of Foreign Trade Dep., Sales Dep., and R&D Dep. bravely signed Sales Pledge of 2021. They held the pledge highly and pledged that they would accomplish it. The oath is solemn and loud. The annual meeting reached to the climax.
In the end of the annual meeting, the company prepared "hit a golden eggs” game. Comprehensive and humanized award let more MRJ people's efforts to be seen, let more MRJ people’s efforts paid off. MRJ-laser Annual Conference came to a close in a whirl of happy singing and laughing.
