Recently, the 29th meeting of the 13th NPC Standing Committee has passed the decision on the revision of the safety production law. The revised "Safety Production Law" was officially implemented on September 1st this year. The new law has revised the "safety production responsibility system" in the 14th and 19th clauses to “all staff safety production responsibility system”, that further covers the production responsibility to each people in the company.
