In terms of accuracy, although it is far from the EUV lithography machine of ASML, the level of this 28nm lithography machine has reached the level of the DUV lithography machine produced by ASML, and can produce up to 7nm process chips, which means it can The process technology meets the requirements of Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, Kirin 980, and 990.

This operation of ASML is obviously beyond the expectations of many people, but it is not difficult to understand if you think about it. Because my country has always been one of ASML's major customers, but the main imports are DUV lithography machines, and currently there is no EUV lithography machine successfully purchased.
