First, be sure to turn off the power of the laser marking machine before operation. Use a professional removal tool to remove the lens on the slider. Be careful when removing the lens. Pay attention to protect the lens. At this time, hold the guide rail in reverse to expose the slide. At the connection part of the block and the guide rail, if the slider is short of oil, you will see that the balls are shiny at this time. When lubricating, squeeze out the lubricating oil in the needle tube. Use a wooden toothpick to add the oil to the gap. With rolling slider, let the lubricating oil get on each ball as much as possible; after oiling, don't rush to fix it, let the slider roll back and forth on the guide rail first. At this time, you must install the guide rail first. Be careful not to install the guide rail. First, fix all the nails and keep them horizontal, then fix the belt and the slider, install the laser marking machine lens, and adjust the way of the X guide.
