Rail cleaning
Railroad is an important national infrastructure, but also the artery of the national economy, high-speed rail has become one of the representatives of "Made in China". Battery cleaning
In the field of new energy, the requirements for laser cleaning are more precise. Nowadays, laser cleaning has been heavily utilized in the three power battery production processes of pole piece manufacturing, electric core manufacturing and battery assembly.
When welding power batteries, the overall structural strength needs to be ensured, and it is necessary to clean up the liquid leakage and oxidized layer residues near the liquid injection holes. Through the precision treatment of laser cleaning, the effects of liquid leakage and oxidized layer can be reduced to a considerable extent without affecting the structure of the battery.
Similarly, in the manufacture of pole pieces, coatings and dirt near the pole lugs need to be cleaned off first to ensure the stability of the fluid collector. The pole piece material is relatively fragile, the use of mechanical or chemical cleaning will lead to the structure of the pole piece affected, and it is difficult to ensure the effectiveness of the coating cleaning. The use of laser cleaning can improve the battery energy density, while maintaining battery stability and optimizing the overall charging and discharging performance.
In the battery assembly, the battery pack tray weld, the battery pack cover electrophoresis paint, protective bottom plate, etc. also need to clean. The use of laser cleaning of these structures, on the one hand, can reduce environmental pollution, on the other hand, can protect the line, to prevent power battery quality problems.
