In recent years, laser welding has become the standard for power battery production lines, and is widely used in the welding of power battery lugs, sealing nails, busbars, battery modules and so on. A clean and uniform surface is the basic prerequisite for successful and durable welding and bonding. Therefore, before welding, surface treatment of each welding part to remove contaminants from the weld joints can effectively improve welding quality and reduce costs.

Laser cleaning is applied to the sealing nail and adapter in the core section, the pole post of the bus piece in the module section, the blue film of single cell, the silicone gel of single cell, and the coating cleaning process of single cell, which effectively removes the dirt and dust on each end surface, prepares for the welding of the battery in advance, and reduces the defective products of welding.
