At the meeting, the company's leadership made speeches one after another, expounding the great significance, difficulties and hindrances, and common mistakes made by the company in different stages of its operation that required reform, summing up and analyzing many problems that existed in the change of the company's management and staff levels in a multi-dimensional manner, and putting forward specific solutions and measures in a targeted manner in line with the company's actual situation.

In her speech, Mrs Feng reviewed the development history of MRJ-laser, she said, the company was established 5 years ago, although experienced the impact of the epidemic for 3 years, still stubbornly survived, the performance achieved steady growth, accumulated a lot of experience and technical precipitation in the laser processing application market, and has established a good reputation and quality brand impression both upstream and downstream in the laser industry at home and abroad. In August last year, the company moved into a new standardized plant in accordance with the set target. The new plant is going to have a new starting point and will also face new challenges. How should we break through and achieve rapid growth in the next 5 years? This is also the question she has been thinking about.

Mrs Feng proposed that standing at the starting point of the second five years of the company's development, we first need to change, change and optimize the original work habits, management methods and ideology, create a learning organization, continuously cultivate our internal skills, further improve the management level of the company and the business skills of all the staff, stimulate the passion of all the people of MRJ-laser, ensure that the company and the social development of the same frequency, the staff and the company development requirements synchronization, form a strong synergy, and start a new journey of high-speed development of the company.
