On March 11th, the "2025 China Laser Industry Summit and China Laser CEO Shanghai Night" themed "Towards the light - win-win future" was held in Pudong, Shanghai. At the laser industry summit, Huang Zhijia, President of Guangdong Laser Industry Association, Li Yuanheng, Chairman of Taiwan Laser Science and Technology Application Association, Yao Dahu, Secretary General of China Optics and Optoelectronics Industry Association, Liu Guoliang, Managing Director of Hannover Milano Fairs (China) Co., Ltd. and other guests delivered speeches, emphasizing that laser technology, as a core driving force of the new quality of productivity, is accelerating the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

Li Yuanheng, on the other hand, put forward from the perspective of cross-strait cooperation that cross-strait laser industry has strong complementarity in technology research and development, market expansion, etc., and has huge potential for cooperation, and that both sides of the Taiwan Strait should strengthen cooperation and jointly explore the global market. As China's laser industry's authoritative awards, the eighth "red light award" the first phase of the project declaration and preliminary evaluation of the review work has been completed, the network voting activities on March 11 officially launched, the success of the 105 finalists formally entered the competition for the industry awards track. According to the organizer, the organizing committee of this year's "Red Light Award" received nearly 200 pieces of information for evaluation. After the organizing committee's rigorous initial evaluation, the success of the 105 finalists, declared a total of 142 projects.
