Product Introduction

Handheld laser welder is a new type of welding method, generally using a continuous 1000W laser beam to complete the connection of materials. This equipment has small weld width, high depth ratio, small heat affected zone and small deformation. At the same time, the welding machine has fast welding speed, flat and beautiful weld seam, and no treatment or only abbreviated treatment is required after welding. The weld seam has high quality, good toughness, no porosity, can be precisely controlled, small focusing light point, high positioning accuracy, and easy to realize automation.

Parameter Application and Selection

Power: Select the appropriate laser power according to the thickness of different materials.

Frequency: The recommended frequency value is 3000-5000HZ.

Duty cycle: Depending on the requirement of welding depth. The duty cycle can be reduced when welding thin plates without penetration.

Laser head frequency: The higher the frequency, the faster the motor rotation speed, dense spot but a single point of energy is slightly weaker, suitable for thin plate welding is not easy to penetrate the plate. The lower the frequency, the slower the motor rotation speed and the clearer the spot outline, the stronger the energy for thick plate welding.

Laser head width: Welding width range of 0.2-5mm, welding width needs to be based on the size of the gap between the plate and the diameter of the wire to determine the appropriate relative value, the greater the welding width, the larger the laser beam width, the energy is relatively scattered, the same power light effect becomes weaker.

Product Application

Instead of fixed beam path, the new released laser welder uses a handheld welding head, mainly suitable for welding of aluminum, iron, copper, steel, galvanized sheet, stainless steel and other metal sheets material, as well as welding of distant and complex special shaped workpiece. Now it is widely used in the complex irregular small welding processing industry such as various of sheet metal prats, molds, cabinets, stainless steel doors or windows guardrail, stairs, shelves, ovens, distribution boxes, stainless steel furniture, metal word welding, etc.

Normally, we have some stocks of our standard type machine in our factory which can be delivered out immediately after quality inspection(1-3 days). For customizing machine, productions hall be arranged right after receiving the advance payment, and if the delivery time is urgent, we will arrange overtime at night and weekend to ensure the on-time delivery.
