Laser Cleaning in Application of Tyre Mold

In the production of tires, the mold is an indispensable tool. The quality of the mold directly affects the quality of the tire. There are patterns and texts in the mold of tires. These are the carving process, relatively delicate, and easy to be covered by rubber in the process of use. The use of mold is under a certain pressure and high frequency conditions, which are bound to accumulate a large amount of rubber material, when the materials accumulate to a certain extent, it will affect the surface shape of the tire, resulting in the product to become defective or waste, so the surface of the mold must be cleaned frequently.
