• Before installation and commissioning and use, you must read this manual in detail and operate according to the requirements of the manual.
• The machine should be placed smoothly in a clean, low-dust room with a room temperature of 5℃~40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and proper storage of the equipment.
• Please choose a well-ventilated location to place the instrument, no strong magnetic interference, good air quality, not near heat sources such as radiators, hot ventilation ducts, or direct sunlight, prone to mechanical vibration.
• The instrument does not work, handheld cleaning head should be placed in the fixed slot on the side of the body, do not look directly at the laser when using the machine to avoid laser damage to the eyes and other parts, do not point the handheld cleaning head to anyone and non-target cleaning objects.
• The instrument work, should avoid the laser beam against the smooth reflective surface, such as stainless steel instruments, mirrors, etc., so as not to damage the eyes or skin by the reflection of the laser beam, it is strictly prohibited to pull the fiber optic cable, otherwise it may cause damage.
• The operation process should do a good job of safety protection, connected to the ground, the operator should wear protective glasses and operate on the insulating mat, strictly prohibited to change the safety protection device, the laser output port is strictly prohibited to the eyes and human body.
• If the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be turned on for 5-10 minutes before use to check whether the instrument is working normally, it is better to power on once a month as required, and be sure to disconnect the external power supply when not working for a long time.
• If you encounter abnormal sound or smell of the product during operation, please press the emergency stop switch to cut off the power and stop the machine in time to check, it is strictly prohibited to overhaul and disassemble the machine parts while the instrument is working.
• If you need to open the instrument for maintenance, be sure to turn off the instrument for more than 5 minutes, the instrument in the high voltage drop to zero before opening. Do not look directly at the laser output head, and make sure to wear laser safety glasses when operating the machine.
• If you resume work after checking, you can follow the direction of the arrow on the emergency stop switch and turn it lightly to make the emergency stop switch pop up.
