Application Fields

Mainly used for various metal surface local rust, paint, coating, oil, natural/artificial oxide film and other pollutant cleaning, including the layered cleaning of paint, precise selection of protective coating cleaning, mold nondestructive cleaning, etc., can also be used for cleaning before bonding furring, interlayer cleaning in additive manufacturing, cleaning of non-metallic surfaces. Typical application scenarios include artificial oxide film cleaning before welding of launch vehicle storage box ring, oxide film cleaning before MIG welding of railroad aluminum alloy car body floor & black ash oxide cleaning after welding, cleaning before brazing of automobile galvanized plate top cover side surround, cleaning of KTL coating of power battery top cover, cleaning and repair of insulator failure layer, etc.

We are mainly engaged in three kinds of laser products: laser cleaning machine, laser marking machine and laser welding machine.

There are the categories:

Laser cleaning machine: we currently supply standard handheld type laser cleaner with optional 30W/50W/60W/70W/80W/100W/120W/150W/200W/350W/500W, which can also be equipped with fixture or robotic arm to achieve an automatic cleaning line. In addition, we have backpack type cleaner 100W and 150W especially for outdoor cleaning works.

Laser marking machine: fiber laser marking machine, 3D dynamic fiber laser marking machine, fiber large working-field laser marking machine(up to 1200*1200mm), CO2 laser marking machine, CO2 large working-field laser marking machine(up to 1200*1200mm), UV laser marking machine, green laser marking machine and UV laser marking machine are all available to fulfill no matter what the marking/engraving applications customers may have. Moreover, we provide customizing functions such as rotating tools, visual localization marking, offline marking, zoom-in display, online flying marking, etc according to customers’ actual needs and requirements.

Laser welding machine: we mainly supply 1000W, 1500W hand-held welding machine and automatic welding machine
