 As we all know, in the high-end laser cleaning market, in the case of the same cost expenditure earlier, the efficiency of laser cleaning will be lower than the traditional cleaning methods. Such as paint removal work of ship overhaul. Compound laser cleaning technology is able to use 4000W continuous + 500W pulse to achieve 1000W pure pulse laser cleaning machine efficiency, 6000W continuous + 1000W pulse to achieve 2000W pulse cleaning machine efficiency.


The cleaning efficiency is increased by 2-3 times through process improvement on the basis of the same price. It has the advantages of improving the cleaning quality, increasing the cleaning efficiency, stabilizing the cleaning process, and being applicable to the cleaning of highly reflective materials etc., avoiding the shortcomings and deficiencies of single pulse cleaning.


Given that there is no domestic 2000W pulse laser cleaning machine, so 6000W continuous + 1000W pulse can be said to be the highest power laser cleaning equipment that can be put into production and stable use.
