When we use the laser engraving machine, we can find that its variable-frequency motor brush head is an important part. The effect is very different when the brush head is used or not. But what are the differences? If you don't know the answer to this question, you can first take a look at the introduction of the following article.
A complete laser engraving machine is composed of many parts, such as: spindle, inverter, driver, main board, display screen, switching power supply, etc. Depending on the configuration of the laser engraving machine, it will also work differently. Take the brushless variable frequency motor of the laser engraving machine and the brushed variable frequency motor, there are also differences between them:
1. The brushless frequency conversion motor adopts frequency conversion control technology to regulate the speed. It is a professional-grade product with a long life. You can also maintain the motor by replacing high-speed bearings. The brushed AC motor needs to be replaced due to the life of the electric wire in about 300 hours. Or motor carbon brushes, so carbon brush AC motors are usually not guaranteed for one day.
2. The stalling characteristics of the brushless inverter motor are good. Due to the special current limiting circuit on the inverter, the stalled rotor will not burn the motor for a short time, and the brushed AC motor will quickly emit smoke when it is overloaded or stalled. Burned out and cannot be repaired.
3. The brushless variable frequency motor has high rotation accuracy, low wear and low noise, and its operating noise is much lower than that of brushed AC motors.
4. The speed of the brushless inverter motor is high, and the speed range is 70,600,000 rpm, but the maximum speed of the brushed AC motor is generally not more than 24,000 rpm.
These are the specific differences between the brush head and the brush head of the variable frequency motor of the laser engraving machine. I believe that everyone will be very clear in the future.
