Nanosecond Pulsed Fiber Laser for Dissimilar Metal Material Laser Welding Application

Welding process guidance:

  • Welding laser: MOPA70-200, the thicker the metal material, the higher the material reflectivity, the higher the required laser power;
  • Welding method: according to the shape of the welding area, you can choose the spiral line spot welding, jitter alignment welding;
  • Welding configuration: vibrating mirror scanning welding, due to the high welding laser power, it is recommended to use fused silica or composite material focusing field mirror, to prevent thermal lens problems caused by welding instability;
  • Welding parameters: small and medium pulse width, high frequency, medium-low speed, can be welded firmly, welded surface flat and smooth.
