2.Trolley type laser arc composite welding machine
Trolley-type laser arc composite welding machine is designed for flat segmentation of the ship plate welding station. The overall structure of the equipment is similar to the ship submerged arc welding trolley. The trolley welding machine has 3 servo axes, X, Y and Z. The machine is equipped with a seam tracking system. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a weld tracking system, which can realize real-time monitoring of the weld to ensure the accuracy of the weld position. In terms of process, it adopts laser arc composite welding process, which can realize single-side welding and double-side forming. In terms of laser power, it can be matched with 20KW-30KW laser to realize no-flip welding for 6mm-30mm plate thickness. Compared with traditional welding, the consumption of welding consumables is reduced by 80%, and the power consumption is reduced by 40%.
3.Large Gantry Laser Arc Composite Welding Machine

Large gantry laser arc composite welding machine is designed for the plane segmentation automated assembly line ship plate welding workstation design equipment. Unlike the trolley type laser arc composite welding machine, the gantry composite welding machine adopts the working principle that the gantry is fixed and the ship plate moves on the working table. Similarly, the gantry type composite welding machine is equipped with 3 servo axes and seam tracking system. In terms of process, the laser arc composite welding process is adopted, which can realize single-side welding and double-side forming.
