1. Disconnected processing
2. If the online interface does not appear, the file is missing or damaged. It must be copied again.
3. If the file is being sent, please wait. If the laser engraving machine has no any reactions, please press the off-line lamp and then press off to connect.
4. Check if the communication parameters are correct, especially if the serial port is correct, you can change the COM port and try again.
5. If you press any key to return .In order to find the file, check whether it is generated in the COMM directory or whether the file name is wrong.
6. Check whether the machine tool is HPGL in the rear setting.
7. Replace the online cable.
8. Switch to the DOS environment and execute DNC.BAT online.
