1. When using a laser marking device, it should be indicated by the optical bench and the rear bezel of the red semiconductor. This is because light cannot be seen by the naked eye, so a red laser is used as a reference to the laser light path. The red laser will be in the same direction.
2. There are six adjusting nuts on the red light dimmer of the laser marking equipment, which are divided into two sets. The first three are used to control the front of the red laser, and the last three are used to control the rear of the red laser. The purpose of the adjustment is to keep the red laser light parallel to the fixture base.
3. When adjusting the red light of the laser marking device, place the dimmer near the red light, that is, the rear point of the lamp holder, and adjust the first three adjustment nuts to illuminate the red light to the middle position of the cross.
4. Secondly, place the dimming block away from the red light, that is, the front of the brightest light. When the red light is found to deviate from the center of the cross, you need to adjust the last three nuts to make the red light shine at the center of the cross. Then repeat the above operation until the red light is near or far and illuminates to the center of the position.
When adjusting the indicator of the laser marking machine, you can operate as described above. Because the red light path is parallel to the base of the lamp, its height should also be consistent with the center height of the YAG rod. After completing the above steps, the front bezel of the laser marking device can be installed.
