Sandblasting equipment and laser cleaning can completely clean the surface residue after flat grinding process, sandblasting cleaning speed faster than laser cleaning, but if you consider the flat grinding forward oven and plastic spraying curing process after the complete production line production time, sandblasting cleaning speed redundant, laser cleaning, although slower, but also can be adapted to the speed of the production line.

Energy consumption size: steel brush machine energy consumption in 8KW / H or so, in the three ranked second. The largest energy consumption is the sand blasting process, the total energy consumption of 70KW / H. This is because although the sand blasting machine itself sand blasting, walking, swinging the three motor energy consumption of 15KW / H or so, but the air compressor for the hour energy consumption is as high as 55KW, so it is considered to be energy-consuming households. The total energy consumption of our laser cleaning equipment is only 7KW/H, which is one tenth of that of the sand blasting equipment, and the energy consumption is the smallest among the three.

Economy and environmental protection: in terms of affordability, sand blasting equipment needs to consume 5KG of quartz sand per hour as a consumable, the longer the use of consumables, the more consumables required, with the gradual improvement of national environmental protection requirements, some local governments have been included in the sand washer environmentally friendly substandard types.
