◆ Deep carving

Traditional 2D marking objects have inherent shortcomings in the appearance of deep carving. What is Field lens and how to choose:

Field lens, also called flat field focusing mirror, scanning lens, F-θ mirror. Mainly used to focus the light from the mirror on a plane. When buying, pay attention to the marking range, choose the right on according to own needs. Do not blindly seek a big scanning field one. Fiber laser marking machine and semiconductor marking machine wavelength is 1064 nm, the field lens of both is generally universal. Sometimes, however, if the original imported scanlab mirror is used, its field lens connection ring may not be M85*1, and the field lens is generally a M85*1 thread, this time a field lens to convert the connection ring.


The main functions of the field lens are:

1. Improve the ability of edge beam incident to detector;

2. Homogenize the non-uniform illumination on the optical surface of the detector;
