Equipment Introduction

◆ MRJ-FL-FM20 laser engraving machine can realize high quality and non-contact laser engraving on fast moving filling line, so as to realize on line engraving. It can mark clear and permanent patterns that cannot be erased, that has incomparable advantages compared to traditional inkjet technology;
◆ This equipment can work stably on complex filling on for long time, up to 100,000 service hours without consumables, meeting marking requirements of various materials.


Working Principle

◆ It adopts a fiber laser to generate laser light. The laser light is expanded by the fiber cable and then imported into the XY mirrors of the galvanometer scanner. After that, the light is converged by the field lens. The process is controlled by the marking software. Finally, the laser beam acts on the surface of the objects to realize marking. 

◆ A encoder is connected on the software. It is installed on a conveyor or beside the passing place of the objects. It can reflect the speed of the moving object back to the software, then the user can set parameters on the software accordingly.

◆ A sensor is also connected on the software. It can sense if the object shows up and the delay marking time can be set in the software.
