Product Introduction

UV laser marking machine is a green and efficient marking equipment, which adopts 355nm UV laser beam to irradiate the surface of the workpiece locally. Therefore, the surface material can be vaporized or change color rapidly, which can reveal the deep material or cause the chemical and physical changes of the surface material to engrave traces, or both burn off part of the material through light energy to reveal the required etched graphics and text.

Product Maintenance

When the machine is working, the circuit is in high voltage, do not overhaul the machine when it is on, to avoid electric shock.

When the machine is not working, the power supply of the marking machine and computer should be cut off, at the same time, the field mirror lens cover to prevent dust pollution of the optical lens.

Any failure of the machine should immediately cut off the power.

If the equipment is used for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the surface of the lower end of the focusing mirror, which will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect in light cases; in heavy cases, it will cause the optical lens to absorb heat and over-temperature crack.

When the marking effect is not good, should carefully check whether the surface of the focusing mirror is contaminated.

If the focusing mirror surface is contaminated, should remove the focusing mirror to clean its lower surface. Remove the focusing mirror should be especially careful not to touch or fall; at the same time, do not touch the focusing mirror surface with hands or other objects.

The method of cleaning the marking machine is to mix anhydrous ethanol (analytical purity) and ether (analytical purity) at a ratio of 3:1, use a long fiber cotton swab or lens paper to invade the mixture and gently scrub the lower surface of the focusing mirror, and replace the swab or lens paper once for each side of the test.

In the process of marking machine work, do not move the marking machine, so as not to damage the machine.

Do not cover the marking machine or put other items on the pile, so as not to affect the machine heat dissipation effect.
