How to adjust optical path of laser engraving machine?

1. Observe the red light output and feedback when using a tamper or white paper, and if there if the maximum bright spot in the red light indicator screen. If there are several red light spots, adjust the red light indicator to the expansion mirror until to reach the requirements.

2. Open the laser power supply, adjust the current to 14 to 15A range, preferably not more than 15A. Use the dimming doubler to observe whether the laser output is the most rounded spot.

3. Place the dimming doubler after the expansion mirror and observe if there is laser output. If there is no, the adjustment nut is adjusted slowly until the brightest and most round spot is adjusted.

4. Slowly down the current, and observe the strong weakness of the dimming doubler, and regulate the adjustment nut to the brightest light.

5. Repeat step 4, at least 4 ~ 6 times, get the most rounded and brightest spot, at which time the current should be 10A or less, preferably not more than 12A.

6. Observe the weakness of the laser spot, or slightly increase the current fine-tuning regulatory nut to get the strongest spot.

7. Open the Q switch, try the test, (the trial parameters are normal marking parameters). If the light strength reaches the requirements, the adjustment is completed.
