Conventional 2D marking has inherent defects in deep carving of object surface. With the upward shift of laser focus in the process of engraving, the laser energy acting on the actual surface of the object will decrease sharply, which seriously affects the effect and efficiency of deep carving.
As for 3D marking for deep carving processing, there is no such problem. It does not only ensure the effect, but also can improve efficiency. The dynamic focusing laser marking machine improves the technical application and expands the demand of surface marking.
3. Wider scope and finer light efficiency
Dynamic focusing laser marking machine can be divided into front focusing and rear focusing. When using front focusing mode, the main purpose is to achieve a larger marking range. By using the larger X,Y axis deflection lens, larger incident laser spot can be allowed, and smaller focusing laser spot can be achieved. Thus larger field of marking can be satisfied.
