• Before starting up this system, please read this manual carefully and operate according to the instruction.
• The machine should be placed stably in a clean and low-dust environment, with relative humidity ≤ 80%, storage temperature of 0℃ ~ 45℃ to ensure equipment safety.
• Please place the equipment at a well-ventilated place without strong magnetic interference and with good air quality. Avoiding places near to radiators, hot air duct and other heat sources, avoid direct sunlight and mechanical vibration positions.
• When the equipment is not working, the hand-held cleaning head should be placed in the fixed clean head slot on the side of the machine. When the machine turns on, please do not look at laser directly, lest the laser cause damage to the eyes, do not aim the hand-held clean head at anyone and non-target cleaning object.
• Under working state, laser beam shall not be oriented to smooth reflecting surface of stainless steel appliance or mirror, etc., to avoid injuries caused by the reflected laser beam on body parts like eyes and skin. Strictly forbidden to pull the fiber laser hardly, otherwise can cause damage.
• During operation, safety protection is quite necessary. Well connect the ground line and wear protective glasses and operate on high-voltage insulation mat. It is strictly prohibited to adjust safety protection device casually, and laser output port is strictly forbidden to the eyes and human body.
• When turn on the machine after long time non-use, please keep it on for 5 to 10 minutes to check if the instrument works normally. Suggest to turn on the instrument once a month as required. When the machine is not used for a long time, please cut off the external power supply.
• If emergency happens during operating such as abnormal sound or smell, please press the emergency stop button immediately to cut off the power supply and check. It’s prohibited to maintenance and assembly under working status.
• If you need to open the machine for maintenance, please shut down equipment for more than 5 minutes, and the high pressure value inside machine drops to zero. Do not directly look at the laser beam output, make sure to wear the safety glasses when operating the machine.
• When resuming work after checking, switch the button slightly in the direction marked on the emergency stop button to make it bounce back.
