Warranty and after-sales service

We provide 2-year warranty period for all laser cleaning machines. Within the warranty period, once the machine has any non-artificial failure, we will repair it for you for free. We each pay half of the shipping costs.

After the warranty period, if the machine has any failure, we will continue to provide after-sales service and technical support. If any part needs to be replaced or repaired, we only charge the cost price.

We strictly control the production process and quality, and carry out a comprehensive inspection before delivery of the machine. Among those, the most important inspective procedures are the test of 72 hours of continuous light output and anti-shock test. These are something that many other suppliers will not have.
